As one of the supporting organizations of Mastercard PSM Awards 2025, Inspira7 took part in an event that brought together innovative projects and institutions shaping transformation across the finance, payment systems, technology, and insurance ecosystems. Held for the eighth time in 2025, the event stood out as one of the industry’s key gatherings, providing greater visibility for innovation in financial technologies, cross-industry collaboration, and next-generation technology applications.
The Mastercard PSM Awards 2025 Ceremony was held on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at İş Sanat Cultural Center in Levent, Istanbul. Organized by PSM, the Payment Systems Magazine, the event brought together leading institutions, executives, technology providers, and startups from the finance and technology sectors on a single platform. More than 1,500 people followed the ceremony through in-person attendance and broadcast channels.
The main theme of the 2025 event was “Sinovation,” a concept combining synergy and innovation. The theme emphasized the idea that innovation in financial technologies does not emerge solely from solutions developed by individual institutions, but increasingly from collaboration between banks, fintech companies, technology providers, and organizations across different industries.
267 Projects Evaluated, 57 Projects Awarded
Hundreds of projects were submitted to Mastercard PSM Awards 2025, with 267 projects evaluated by the jury following the preliminary screening process. Of these, 81 projects reached the finals, while 57 projects received Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards across 11 different categories under the main themes of Innovation, Creativity, and Social Benefit.
The projects evaluated covered a broad range of areas including digital transformation, innovative customer experience, artificial intelligence applications, payment technologies, internal innovation, technology infrastructure, ecosystem partnerships, marketing success, social responsibility, and next-generation financial products.
In this respect, the event not only recognized successful projects of today, but also created significant visibility for the technologies and business models shaping the future of financial services.
One of the prominent sessions of the awards ceremony was the panel titled “The Future of Finance: The Power of Technology, Innovation and Synergy.”
Moderated by Lydia Holding CEO Dr. Semra Demircioğlu, the session featured SmartIQ Founder and CEO Ali Kavak, Tami General Manager Melda Çetin, and Architecht General Manager Ökkeş Emin Balçiçek as speakers.
The panel addressed changing dynamics in the financial sector, the role of technology in emerging business models, increasing collaboration between institutions, and the growing importance of collective intelligence. Throughout the program, artificial intelligence, digitalization, scalability in financial technologies, and new forms of institutional collaboration remained among the event’s central themes.

A review of the 2025 finalists and award-winning projects highlighted the increasingly central role of artificial intelligence in financial services.
The competition featured a wide range of use cases, from AI-powered customer experience and recommendation systems to risk analysis and scoring platforms, image-processing solutions, and next-generation payment infrastructures.
Other prominent areas included face-based payment technologies, digital wallets, SuperApp models, embedded finance and insurance solutions, and new-generation digital customer experiences.
